Rose Lemonade Ice Cream Floats

Ingredients - Serves 2

Ingredients

1 tub NBoC White Chocolate and Strawberry Meringue ice cream

Handful of raspberries

Dried rose petals

Crushed meringue pieces

For the rose lemonade:

800 ml Water

160 ml granulated sugar

200 ml fresh lemon juice

10 ml rose water

Preparation

  • Step 1.Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Step 2.Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Step 3.Add to a pitcher and stir in lemon juice.
  • Step 4.Add rose water to taste.
  • Step 5.Chill well for thirty minutes.
  • Step 6.Pour into individual serving glasses.
  • Step 7.Add a scoop of NBoC White Chocolate and Strawberry Meringue ice cream.
  • Step 8.Top with raspberries, dried rose petals and crushed meringue.
