THE WHiP! by NORTHERN BL°C is our new Vanilla flavoured plant-based soft serve ice cream mix. Currently available 6 x 2L UHT in Vanilla, our premium soft serve is a deliciously indulgent, allergen free quick service option for all.

THE WHiP! by NORTHERN BL°C is made to be enjoyed on its own or as part of a dish. It makes for a great classic serve with a cone and chocolate flake. Also, as a creamy counterpart to espresso for an affogato. It’s a product with endless possibilities — one that’s equally good straight out of the machine. Our new soft serve is free of both palm oil and gluten. Good for environment, for everyone to love.
