Created with Bloc Professional entries now closed for 2019! We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the talented chefs that took part in this years competition.

Congratulations to Chef Chris Finnegan from Ramside Estates.  He will be flying out to Italy with some of our team to visit Bologna at the end of the month.

His winning dish? Chocolate delice, hazelnut praline base, brown butter snow, roasted hazelnuts, salted caramel, chocolate caramel crisps, isi whip hazelnut sponge,  served with Northern Bloc Hazelnut & Tonka bean ice cream.

Our competition for 2020 will be open shortly, so keep your eyes peeled.
