Ingredients - Serves 4

1 tub NBoC Chocolate and Sea Salt ice cream

2 coconuts

100g pistachios

Handful of mint leaves

METHOD

  • Step 1.Break the coconuts in half, set the liquid aside and use the coconut shells as bowls
  • Step 2.Add 2 scoops of NBoC Chocolate and Sea Salt ice cream to each coconut half
  • Step 3.De-shell and crush the pistachios, then use to top the ice cream
  • Step 4.Tear the mint leaves, sprinkle over and serve
